We are looking for an International Sales Coordinator to join our # Squad in Grenchen. You will be in charge of supporting sales, from ensuring order completion to ensuring high customer satisfaction continuously. Your responsibilities: Contribute to overall customer satisfaction Handling and follow up of the sales portfolio by market Administrative handling of all the requests coming from the markets Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. Daily contacts with external and internal departments Handling of credit notes, buy backs, special orders, wish-lists, exchange offers on a daily business Provide clear and synthetic information to management Manage the sale to employees, VIP & suppliers process Handle the back office for employees “Montres au porté” Handling of the alternative distribution portfolio
