The Finance Manager – Project Office is responsible for managing projects and initiatives to enhance effective end-to-end Finance process using Onestream platform and SAP. He/she manages the project roadmap and timeline and project status reporting. He/She also coordinate with the IT teams to ensure all the technical functionalities or issues are properly addressed to support the delivery of the Finance project. The Finance manager- Project Office ensures the resolution of all the escalations and issues assignment on a timely manner. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for leading the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the business processes that support our financial consolidation and reporting functions. The Finance Manager – project office is responsible for producing the reporting and status document of projects under his responsibility as well as coordinating and communicating with all stakeholders (internal & external). Key activities and responsibilities: Define and manage the project timeline and roadmap for the Onestream platform in line with SAP constraints, and other projects implementation Define the functional requirements in line with the business requirements. Define the test plan and UAT requirements and test scenarios Coordinate and manage the technical requirements and its delivery (EPIC) with the IT teams Produce projects status document and templates Knowledge of the Agile methodology to act as product owner Identify, manage and deliver project and process improvement initiatives as directed; Lead end-to-end process design, optimization and governance of the consolidation tool and define the global to-be process ensuring it aligns with business objectives and compliance with Group policies. Coordinate with key stakeholders, i.e. the business, the Group Consolidation team, the technical team and the management all the aspects and steps of the initiatives/projects delivery Oversee implementation linked to the consolidation tool, incl. new features roll-outs, upgrades, system integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations Develop training programs to ensure end-users are proficient in using the tool. Provide ongoing support and ensure that any issue that arise are addressed. Ensure all process changes are effectively communicated and adopted across the organization. Experience required: 5 years experience in Finance related projects management (strong experience with Onestream and SAP is a critical requirement) 4-6 years work experience in an environment preferably within a medium to large international company with a matrix business structure Proven experience in financial consolidation, reporting, or a similar role within a corporate environment Experience in managing medium size projects Experience of preparing and delivering presentations to middle management Competencies and skills: Mandatory experience with the implementation and Power User knowledge of financial consolidation platforms - OneStream - and ERP’s (SAP) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of financial systems and consolidation tools, with experience in implementation and process optimization Ability to multi-task, to stand up to pressure and meet tight deadlines Ability to use sound judgement, discretion and professional integrity Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Good communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external customers at all levels Demonstrated proficiency with MS office Analytical Thinking Attention to Detail Problem Solving & results oriented Risk Analysis Continuous Improvement Adapting & Responding to Change Information Gathering & Processing Creating & Innovating Education and language requirements: University Degree in Economics or equivalent Professional project management certification is an advantage Fluency in English and in French For more than 130 years, and over 50 countries, BOBST has always been at the forefront of innovation and we want to accelerate connectivity, digitalization, automation and sustainability to make packaging better than ever. En première ligne de la vision digitale de l’entreprise pour l’industrie 4.0, l’ IoT Customer Care a la charge du déploiement des Services IoT chez nos clients dans le monde entier. Ceci passe par l’installation de la connectivité de nos machines dans l’infrastructure informatique de nos clients ainsi que d’assurer la collecte de donnée au travers de modules IoT. Le support technique lié à ces services auprès de nos clients internes et externes fait également partie des responsabilités du IoT Customer Care Principales responsabilités : Déployer la connectivité des machines en contactant le responsable informatique du client pour y implémenter un boîtier réseau VPN Gérer l’expédition du boîtier VPN avec l’aide de la Supply Chain Tester la connectivité des machines chez le client et s’assurer de la collecte de donnée à l’aide des boîtiers IoT. Supporter les clients internes et externes au niveau du fonctionnement, de l’installation et de l’usage des services IoT Effectuer des tâches et projets d’amélioration continue au sein du bureau IoT Operations afin de rendre le déploiement de ces services IoT le plus efficace possible et dans de meilleurs délais Votre profil: Niveau CFC en informatique (ou équivalent) Expérience au sein d’une équipe Helpdesk IT Expérience dans une entreprise international un plus Expérience dans le milieu industriel un plus Organise son travail en toute autonomie Détermine les moyens et les processus à mettre en œuvre afin d’atteindre les objectifs fixés Connaissance avancée des PC sous Windows Connaissance avancée des réseaux informatiques et protocoles Internet Maîtrise du système d’opération Windows Maîtrise des outils Microsoft office 365 (incl.
