The Group Controlling manager functions as a business partner within the Group functions to control and improve operational performance. Working within the Group Finance function, the role will be a key in driving improved performance within the corporate functions. Key responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring annual operational initiatives, including follow up and analysing group functions cost, headcount and other KPI's Support other functional Controllers to drive process improvement for financial reporting transparency and forecast accuracy. Monitor metrics to track performance vs. target Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasting and reporting. Develop and present financial results and recommendations to Group management. Assist management in understanding performance trends and operational strategies Support Key transformational projects in the functions under his/her responsibility by creating business cases and follow up benefit realization. Driving the Business planning process (3 years forecast) and presenting consolidated results to top management. Required experiences and background: 7 or more years of operational finance experience within an international company Progressive experience in Accounting/Finance/Controlling to include in cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting Extensive experience leading business decisions and initiatives both within Finance and cross functionally Technical competencies and soft skills: Strong presence with effective influencing, communication and interpersonal skills Related experience in a manufacturing environment with a continuous improvement culture is desired Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including a demonstrated ability to interpret/present findings, and make recommendations Ability to influence decision makers through financial analyses and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy Effective leadership skills, including the ability to build and influence professional relationships throughout the facility, regardless of level Advanced computer skills (MS Office software applications and ERP SAP system), Power BI and/or Tableau experience desirable. As Application Manager, you report directly to the Head of Marketing BUPC. This is a permanent position with a flexible start date. As Application Manager, you are a BOBST Ambassador. Mission : The Application Manager ensures that BOBST is perceived as “go-to” Expert for end-to-end solutions in the industry. He makes sure that Product Lines (PL) have/will have the right solutions for the right price at the right time for the industry stakeholders for his industry – he knows the future of packaging solutions & understands the trends He focus on how to change the entire packaging specification end to end (from raw material, through the filling line, to the final product on the shelf till end of life) to meet the market requirements (Brand owner & converter business and production pain points) He enables the PL/Production Management to translate market trends / Brand Owner needs and new requested packaging solutions into products, solution offerings and business cases. Our transversal Group Technology R&D is looking for a Software Developer to complete his Quality Control Solution Team and implement/maintain the HMI/Services/Database. You will report to the Quality Control Director and closely partner with cross-functional teams and experts in our organization. In this function you will be entrusted with the following main tasks: Working in an Industrial environment with embedded equipment. Within the Quality Control Vision processing team. Develop/maintain/improve the current HMI user interface and reporting tools. Setup/adapt database and deployment. Migration of HMI to a Web based Frontend solution. Work with Azure DevOps tools, including the creation of automated testing and deployment pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software requirements using software architecture best practices. Definition of test specifications and implementation of automated tests. Writing documentation in English. Your profile : Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge, including several years of professional experience. Experience in at least one oriented-object language : C#/Delphi. Experience in scripting languages: JavaScript, TypeScript. Experience in using and configuring databases (especially PostgreSQL). Experience with CI/CD pipeline. Experience working in an Agile Team. Very good spoken and written English and French desirable. Open minded, eager to learn new things.
