Responsibilities Daily operations like maintaining our global IT infrastructure with the rest of the team, offering tier 2 support for end users and taking part of various projects. Collaborate with stakeholders and internal IT disciplines to implement solutions and ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes. Keeping our IT perimeter, data and users secure by staying up-to-date with the current global situation and working with the business and internal security team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, equivalent education or experience 3+ years of IT infrastructure related work with at least most of the areas below: Microsoft Server operating systems and Active Directory Exchange SQL Server SharePoint Microsoft 365 environment Network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, routers) Virtualization Citrix systems (Workspace, SD-WAN, ADC) Security Fluent writing and speaking in English What we value Customer focused attitude with strong communication skills.
