Il/ elle est également spécialisé.e dans la conception de cartes de circuits imprimés (PCB) Votre mission Autorité technique sur les projets : Assumer l'entière responsabilité technique des produits électromécaniques tout au long du cycle de développement et pendant la production de masse Conception de circuits imprimés : Créer des circuits imprimés multicouches en optimisant les performances (impédance, isolation des signaux, RF) tout en respectant les contraintes mécaniques et électriques Développement de solutions techniques : Sur la base des spécifications du client, développer des solutions techniques robustes et économiquement viables qui répondent aux exigences de performance électrique, thermique et RF Gestion des exigences : Vérifier et gérer les exigences du client, les traduire en spécifications techniques détaillées et tenir à jour les documents de contrôle de la vérification (VCD) Documentation technique : Rédiger une documentation technique complète, y compris des descriptions de conception, des manuels d'utilisation, des spécifications d'essai et des procédures de fabrication Simulations RF et gestion des essais : Effectuer des simulations RF et EMI/EMC pour garantir l'intégrité du signal et mener des tests de validation (mesure des paramètres RF : IL/RL) Support technique et R&D : participer à la définition de la feuille de route R&D pour les développements électroniques stratégiques et fournir un support technique aux équipes de vente et de marketing Gestion des relations extérieures : Assurer l'interface avec les clients et les fournisseurs sur les aspects techniques des produits, gérer les discussions liées aux exigences, aux non-conformités et aux demandes de dérogation Capitalisation du retour d'expérience : Intégrer le retour d'expérience dans l'amélioration continue des produits et des processus Votre histoire Formation : Diplôme d'ingénieur en électronique, mécatronique ou systèmes de contrôle (EPF, HES, Master ou équivalent) Expérience professionnelle : 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans la conception de circuits imprimés à l'aide d'Altium Designer et dans l'ingénierie interdisciplinaire (applications exigeantes telles que l'aérospatiale, les instruments scientifiques, l'armée, etc.) Maîtrise des outils de simulation RF (Ansys HFSS, ADS) et des instruments de mesure RF (analyseurs de spectre, IL/RL) Connaissance de la conception de systèmes électromécaniques et de la gestion thermique Expérience de l'utilisation du matériel National Instruments et de LabView Maîtrise de la conception de circuits imprimés avec Altium Designer ou équivalent Expérience de la conception de bagues collectrices Maîtrise des outils multiphysiques et des technologies de transfert de signaux (Ethernet, vidéo) Expertise en matière d'analyse de fiabilité, de conception thermique ou de technologies du vide Capacité à travailler de manière organisée, en analysant méthodiquement des problèmes complexes Flexibilité et créativité dans l'approche des changements et des défis techniques Engagement à fournir des solutions axées sur la performance tout en respectant les délais Capacité à encourager et à guider les membres de l'équipe, en communiquant des stratégies de manière claire et inspirante Attitude de collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, favorisant une communication directe et respectueuse Esprit orienté vers les solutions et l'optimisation Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français Nos valeurs fondamentales - Passionnés, Ensemble et Curieux - transforment les défis en opportunités. Your Mission Support in his engineering field during product development, production support and project. Conduct relevant Design task with or without supervision. Define and develop equipment (jigs & tools) as well as flight hardware in a cross-functional team together with manufacturing engineering, material and process, operation, quality and other departments.
