THE TEAM Our team is composed of certified and passionate coaches and of committed and dynamic hospitality professionals. We are looking for two new team members for our Hospitality Team . More than anything else, our clients need to show up often enough and long enough to get the results they want. As part of the Cleaning Team you help our clients to show up and workout by creating an environment that is clean, facilities that are working reliably with all client amenities in stock. If our clients keep showing up they will get results, have fun, keep coming back and bring their friends. We are recruiting for two new employees to join our team and share the cleaning responsibilities. Holiday pay is included in the gross pay and therefore it’s essential the team members communicate to cover each other's shifts when they have holidays. Cleaning Team | Job Description BEAT Fitness SA (CHE-347.459.229) | Rue du Simplon 47, 1006 Lausanne Time ● We are looking for two people to join our cleaning team in our fitness studio. ● This position is ideal for two people who want to share the work and cover for each other during holiday periods (not ideal for two members of the same household). ● Cleaning the entire studio takes 3 hours per day. ● This can be shared in x2 1.5 hour slots or alternated on days of the week. ● To be a sustainable long term role you should have an easy commute to our convenient location next to the train station. Note there is no on site parking. ● There are around 750 square metres to clean, and several rooms need attention. ● We are looking for regular support, 7 days a week, for 3 hours a day, spread over a team of two people. Compensation ● Our offer is CHF 22 per hour. This is a salaried position and includes all social charges. Roles and Tasks ● Part-time employee under Swiss labour laws. ● General cleaning, equipment resupply, maintenance, and SOP duties.
