Outstanding spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to present and express your convictions in a clear manner. Your team Working in the Group Finance Department at the headquarters in Geneva, you will be part of the Financial & Analytical Accounting group responsible for the accounts payable and the travel expenses of the Swiss entities. Ses équipes de spécialistes apportent leurs compétences en matière de domiciliation, d’enregistrement et de gouvernance de fonds, ainsi que de gestion des risques et de contrôle du respect des directives de placement. Assurer le suivi des activités déléguées de la direction de fonds, et plus particulièrement de celles relatives aux opérations de calcul de la VNI, ainsi que de bouclements semestriels et annuels des fonds de placement de droit suisse. Mener des activités liées au système de contrôle interne et à la gestion du risque opérationnel de la société, en étroite collaboration avec les services concernés du groupe Pictet et les auditeurs externes. Votre rôle - Superviser le calcul des VNI (contrôle de 3e niveau). - Suivre et analyser les opérations comptables enregistrées au niveau des fonds. - Coordonner et superviser les activités de clôture et d’émission des rapports semestriels et annuels, ainsi que l’assistance aux auditeurs durant leurs travaux. - Superviser les activités préparatoires liées au pricing des fonds de placement. - Assumer le suivi des opérations comptables de la société de direction et la validation des charges imputées aux fonds de placement. - Assurer le suivi du système de contrôle interne et la supervision des risques produits et organisationnels (organisation interne des gérants), ainsi que des activités de contrôle interne de la société (respect des directives et des contrôles y relatifs). - Mener des campagnes de test des contrôles en place au sein de la direction de fonds (contrôles de 2e niveau). - Coordonner les campagnes annuelles de Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA). - Soutenir les activités courantes de la direction de fonds dans les domaines de la compliance. - Assurer la préparation et la diffusion des rapports sur le système de contrôle interne. - Participer aux projets et initiatives de la direction de fonds et proposer de manière proactive des améliorations. Votre profil - Diplôme universitaire en finance, comptabilité, économie, ou formation jugée équivalente. - 2 ans d’expérience dans un cabinet d’audit ou un établissement financier (administration de fonds) - Solides connaissances comptables et des marchés financiers. - Expérience dans la gestion des risques opérationnels: un atout. - Connaissance de la loi et des directives applicables aux fonds. - Connaissances fiscales liées aux fonds: un plus. - Solide connaissance des applications MS Office. - Maîtrise du français et excellentes connaissances en anglais. Bonnes aptitudes rédactionnelles dans ces 2 langues. Allemand: un avantage. - Domicile en Suisse ou volonté de s’y établir. The programme This is a unique 18-month experience where we offer you a permanent position along with a specific programme with rotations in different teams to build your expertise and professional skills. Based on a permanent contract, our graduate programme includes on- and off-the-job components, placing the emphasis on teamwork but also exploring your skill sets, furthering your development and setting specific objectives. Technology & Operations (Tech&Ops) designs and integrates software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of Pictet Group’s key innovations, while ensuring the business operations continuity and the development of Custodian and Fund Administration services. The Graduate-DevOps Engineer report to the Infrastructure & Production department who is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting IT infrastructure for the entire Pictet Group. It also provides user support and production monitoring, with a focus on maintaining a high level of service and security that meets client needs. Your role As a Graduate – DevOps Engineer, you will work in a DevOps environment comprising a wide range of experts in on premises and cloud infrastructure, in DataOps, in Identity & Access Management and in cybersecurity. You will, contribute to developing cloud-based and on premises technical solutions, operate them in close collaboration with the Group’s developers and technical community. During the graduate programme you will develop solid skills and acquire experience in different field. You will be contributing to building the next-gen solutions for the Group’s IT ecosystem. This will entail: Researching, designing, building and operating reliable solutions for the Group’s cloud-based applications and IT infrastructure, comprising a balanced mix of Microsoft and Unix environments and different cloud providers. Aligning with business owners, developers, infrastructure engineers, cybersecurity and risk managers to apply standards and optimise platforms and practices. Performing tasks expected of an infrastructure engineer: devops, scripting, infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Puppet and Ansible, CI/CD, etc. Languages used will include Go, Python and Java as well as bash and Powershell scripting. The programme is made up of different stints in various Pictet units and departments. You will have the opportunity to do rotations in Cybersecurity, Cloud Platforms, Data management, Datacentre Services and Development & Integration. At the end of the programme you will be ready to take full ownership of a position as DevOps Engineer. Your profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (with a maximum of two years’ work experience) or final-year students from any field of study and with a genuine interest in computer science. Involvement in extracurricular activities (academic, athletic, charitable, etc.) would be appreciated. Good communication skills and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English (both written and oral), with other languages beneficial but not required. Must be resident in Switzerland.
