As we continue to grow in German-speaking Switzerland, we're looking for a Sales Team Manager to join us. Work tasks We-re looking for a people-focused, results-driven sales team manager who-s ready to juggle both team management and sales strategy . You-ll be a key player in shaping our office culture, client success, and overall growth. As a Team Manager You will coach and lead a team of Account Managers and be responsible for their success and development. Your focus will be on people management , team performance , and local growth . Your key responsibilities include: Leading and supporting a team of Account Managers through regular performance follow-ups (face-to-face meetings) Recruiting new team members while fostering a strong sales culture Inspiring your team to reach our ultimate goal: client satisfaction ! Collaborating with local leadership to grow our Zurich office and shape our way of working As a Sales Manager You will act as the right hand of the Branch Manager when it comes to sales performance , strategy , and processes . Your key responsibilities include: Supporting Account Managers in client meetings and helping spot new business opportunities Tracking sales KPIs and supporting the Branch Manager with process alignment Designing tailored development plans for Account Managers Organizing and leading training and onboarding initiatives for new hires Analyzing client portfolios, market trends, and sales data to support strategic decisions We are looking for We-re not looking for 20+ years of experience - just someone who-s already achieved solid results in B2B sales and team leadership, and is ready for more.
