• Now, an exciting opportunity awaits you to join the W Verbier team as Reservations & Revenue Executive
• Reporting directly to the Revenue Manager, you will take a central role in both Reservations and Revenue Management operations. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to deepen your skills in hotel strategy, pricing, and distribution — while also leading the day-to-day reservations process to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences

You will:

• Optimize the hotel’s occupancy, room rate, and total revenue, with the supervision of the Revenue director
• Support in forecasting, pricing, and inventory control
• Supervise and coach the reservations team in their daily activities
• Ensure booking accuracy and create WOW moments through tailored pre-arrival touche
• Understand guest needs and convert requests into strategic sales opportunities
• Handle administrative follow-up and VIP/resident guest management
• Be involved in key decision-making to support business goals and continuous improvement
• Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment (5*)
• Fluent in French and English; a third language is a plus
• Strong interest in revenue management and hotel strategy
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Hands-on and detail-driven, with strong computer proficiency (Excel, OperaPMS, Microsoft Office)
• Passion for hospitality and W’s passions: design, music, fashion, and lifestyle
• Professional certifications in hospitality or business (Bachelor or Master) are a plus
• Able to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment
