Style our Guests' W Experience.
The W has no mystery for you: you will be in charge of preparing the public places for our clients and our Talents, in order to guarantee them a exceptional and unique W experience.
Our Public area Agents are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done.
Whether delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning Talents areas and public spaces, or other similar responsibilities, the Public Area Style Agent makes sure the spaces in the hotel help create a great guest experience.
You will be in charge to inspect condition of furniture for tears, rips and report damages to the right department and to give a prompt response to requests from guests and other departments.
PROFILE
You have a prior experience in a 5* hotel.
You should be highly motivated
Public Areas Agents will be on their feet moving around and taking a hands-on approach to work
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
Position to be filled for the winter season, from December 2025 to March 2026
Due to visa restrictions only applicants from Switzerland and European Union can be considered.
