      As part of the "Business Development" department of the Kepler Cheuvreux group, you will join a dynamic team. In direct collaboration with the project team and the Group COO, you will be responsible for analyzing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to their transformation into projects, both in terms of digital transformation and operational efficiency review. The goal is to improve performance and mitigate risks related to the Group's activities to align with the risk appetite defined by the executive leadership.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Project Management

      • Manage cross-functional projects and change initiatives.
      • Determine project strategies and planning.
      • Coordinate task forces contributing to the supervised projects and lead governance meetings (workshops, brainstorming sessions, follow-up committees, steering committees).
      • Manage reporting and progress tracking.
      • Ensure the updating of schedules, compliance with deadlines, and quality of deliverables.
      • Escalate alert points to management.
      • Coordinate testing and deployment phases.
      • Ensure compliance with project methodology and utilize change management tools for which you will be trained.

      Business Analysis

      • Collaborate with business teams to identify, analyze, and document functional and operational requirements.
      • Analyze data and propose recommendations for improving existing processes and solutions.
      • Contribute to the implementation and development of digitalization and process optimization solutions.
      • Write functional specifications, reports, and project monitoring documents.
      • Participate in testing phases of new solutions or modifications to existing systems to ensure they meet business needs.

      Operational Efficiency

      • Support the calculation and tracking of performance indicators related to the Group's activities.
      • Contribute to the automation of Key Performance Indicator calculation.
      • Contribute to the expansion , innovation and coverage of KPIs monitoring module.

      Desired Profile:

      • You hold a degree from a business school or engineering school.
      • You have 1 to 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst or in an international context.
      • You possess a methodological foundation that allows you to quickly understand the challenges and operations of diverse activities, even without prior technical knowledge.
      • You have excellent interpersonal skills, are organized, and have strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
      • With excellent skills in organizing and conducting effective working sessions, you will often handle complex and technical topics with participants from varied backgrounds.
      • You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Fluent English is required.
      • French is a plus.
