IT move management: planning of installations, moves, adds, changes and uninstallations incl. hardware management
Planning of moves incl. any associated installations/uninstallations (inventory, order creation, coordination and support, clarifying resource requirements, final inspection)
Making appointments with the building and user representatives
Ensuring hardware inventory management in the customer tool
Participation in kick-off and coordination meetings with the customer
Accompanying projects and rollouts
Project coordination
Contact person for specific customer requirements in the Moves area
Ordering the required hardware according to the customer´s specifications
Incoming goods inspection, handling of differences, maintenance of the IT infrastructure
Cleaning up and preparing old material for return
Administrative activities
Unsere Anforderungen
Completed vocational training as a commercial clerk CFC with IT experience or CFC computer scientist with a commercial background
First experience in hardware rollouts
Fluent in written and spoken French / English (company language English)
Very good organizational skills and analytical flair
Ability to work proactively
Good time management skills
Good knowledge of Office applications, especially Excel
