Job Description

• Administer, maintain, and support Level 2 & 3 IT infrastructure systems (cloud, virtual servers, backups, telecom, mobility).
• Lead the Service Desk team, set priorities, and ensure top-notch end-user support.
• Ensure IT operations adhere to company processes to meet SLA and organizational objectives.
• Continuously enhance end-user experience, system availability, and performance in line with company SLA and KPIs.
• Analyze, design, and implement new technical solutions.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, including inventories, diagrams, and procedures.
• Gather requirements and successfully manage IT infrastructure projects (software and hardware).
• Define and maintain the IT infrastructure project roadmap.
• Manage external service providers, ensuring they meet company expectations.
• Provide ad hoc support to remote affiliates for IT infrastructure installation and maintenance.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned, based on skills and company needs.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including team management.
• Proficiency in French and English; German is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of networking, cloud infrastructure, and hardware administration.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (MD365).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to analyze, design, and implement technical solutions.
