Horizon 4 is the real estate investment company of Rise, the single family office of Olivier Brourhant, founder of Mantu. We are dedicated to developing a high-value portfolio across strategic segments including hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use properties.

Horizon 4 leads three key investment strategies:

• Core Strategy: Acquisition of office buildings in strategic locations for the Mantu group;

• Value-Add Strategy: Acquisition and enhancement of mixed-use properties (residential, office, retail) in Paris and Lyon;

• Hospitality Strategy: Development and operation of serviced accommodation under the Idyllic Collection brand, currently present in the Rhône-Alpes region and the Lake Geneva area.

We are now seeking our future Hospitality & Office Manager, someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to learn, who will support the growth of our hospitality division and oversee premium operations in an international setting.

Your responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by acquiring new B2B/B2C clients, negotiating strategic partnerships (hotels, concierges, influencers), and optimizing our presence on booking platforms.
• Oversee operations for short-term rentals across key locations (London, Paris, Monaco, Annecy, Carcassonne) and manage exclusive venues, rooftops.
• Lead, train, and manage internal teams and external partners (cleaning, maintenance, concierge) to ensure high-quality service standards.
• Manage the full customer experience journey, from check-in/check-out to personalized services, with a focus on guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor key performance indicators (occupancy rate, RevPAR, customer satisfaction) and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

Your profile:

• Experience in hospitality, serviced accommodation, or premium short-term rental management.

• Understanding of yield management and key success factors in the hospitality sector.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a guest-oriented mindset.

• Capacity to operate autonomously and handle multiple responsibilities with rigor.

• Academic background in hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus.

• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are appreciated.

• You demonstrate agility, proactivity, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
