Job Description

• Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update financial records and databases.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Provide administrative support to the ACCOUNTING & FINANCE department.
• Assist in auditing processes and prepare relevant documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements within financial operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FINANCE ASSISTANT should have:

• Educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools, SAP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a small-sized team environment.
