• We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and organized ½ Chef de Partie to join the breakfast team at W Verbier — where mornings start with style, flavor, and the finest local ingredients
• Every morning, our guests are welcomed with a generous and high-quality buffet featuring fresh, local products, complemented by a à la carte selection including eggs cooked to order, fluffy pancakes, and comforting porridge — all made with care and creativity
• Support the Chef de Partie in the preparation and execution of the breakfast service, ensuring everything is fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented
• Prepare and serve à la carte dishes, including egg dishes, pancakes, porridge, and other morning favorites — cooked with precision and a smile
• Guarantee excellent mise en place before each service and ensure that the buffet remains clean, replenished, and visually appealing throughout the morning
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and organization at all times, following HACCP and internal cleanliness standards
• Be proactive and responsive to guest requests, contributing to a smooth and memorable breakfast experience
• Collaborate closely with the team to uphold a positive, supportive, and professional kitchen atmosphere
