• A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY IN THE LIVING ROOM — OUR SIGNATURE BAR
• We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and organized ½ Chef de Partie to join the team at the Living Room, our iconic bar, open all day and offering a special lunch menu service
• Every day, the Living Room serves a lunch menu that is warm, generous, and fast, designed to offer guests a flavorful break without compromising on quality or style

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Chef de Partie with preparations and lunch service, while ensuring 5-star quality standards
• Help deliver a friendly, tasty, and efficient cuisine, perfectly in line with the relaxed yet refined atmosphere of the bar
• Take part in the evolution of the menu by suggesting new, creative ideas adapted to our lunchtime clientele
• Ensure rigorous mise en place and keep all workspaces clean and well-organized, in compliance with HACCP standards
• Be reactive and versatile, able to adapt to a fast-paced service while always keeping a positive attitude
• Work closely with your team and help maintain a motivating and collaborative team spirit

PROFILE

• Prior cooking experience in a 5 * hotel
• Fluent in French/ English or Spanish
• HACCP knowledge
• You are highly motivated
• Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience
• Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
