About Our Client

As part of the development of their Lausanne office, they have commissioned us to recruit their future Project Manager - Interior Design.

You will be working on a wide variety of projects (retail, housing, hotels, etc.).

As the main contact with their customers, you will be responsible for the development and supervision of all stages of a project, and for keeping to the defined schedule and budget.

Job Description

Your main responsibilities will be :

• Design projects based on customer needs and expectations.
• Ensure technical management and supervision of work.
• Determine resource requirements, work plan and budgets.
• Negotiate contracts with external partners to reach profitable agreements.
• Assist customers in their aesthetic, material and technical choices.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders during the execution phase.
• Monitor and organize site meetings and draft reports.
• Organize handover of work and compile "as-built" documentation.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in architecture, building science or relevant field.
• Proven experience in interior architecture, preferably in the luxury hotel sector.
• Aesthetic sensibility, commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of the specific needs and expectations of luxury hotel clients.
• Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with customers.
• Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, teams and suppliers.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, monitoring and coordinating work.
• Team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Fluency in French and English.
