      YOUR MISSION: Guarantee the sustainable purchase in quality, quantity and time for the purchased products, in alignment with the purchasing policy and rules of ethics. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? - Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing detailed information on processes and policies, referring issues to appropriate parties for policy interpretation. - Evaluate costs meticulously and identify variances or opportunities to enhance profitability, providing insights to senior colleagues. - Collect and analyze key cost drivers, market dynamics, and innovation areas, consulting with relevant functions to deliver comprehensive market information for decision-making. - Identify contract requirements and draft precise specifications for a small portfolio or business area, ensuring alignment with existing and new contracts. - Manage day-to-day relationships with contract service providers, adhering to an established contract management plan to achieve procurement goals. - Conduct thorough research using primary data sources, selecting pertinent information for analyzing key themes and trends. - Edit documents in accordance with organizational style guidelines, preparing information for publication. - Develop professional capabilities through participation in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching. Maintain external professional accreditation where relevant, and stay informed on relevant technology, regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education. - Identify and report instances of noncompliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory codes within the team, escalating issues as necessary. - Assist with stakeholder engagement by organizing actions, meetings, events, and supporting materials to foster stakeholder understanding and commitment. - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level required. - Experience sufficient to handle most situations independently and provide advice to others. - Basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
