Job Description

• Assist in preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Prepare journal entries for technical accounting topics such as equity, stock-based compensation, lease accounting, pensions
• Research, evaluate and manage the implementation of new accounting standards
• Serves as a company-wide technical accounting point of contact for ad-hoc questions and initiatives.
• Provide support to the execution of internal/external audit process.
• Provide support in evaluating revenue contracts with customers to ensure compliance with ASC 606
• Responsible for developing policies and procedures to support and enhance the quality of our financial reporting
• Support the timely and accurate filing of local subsidiaries statutory reporting with support of external advisors

The Successful Applicant

• 8-15 years' experience in accounting
• Big 4 audit firm experience mandatory
• CPA or equivalent qualifications preferred
• Experience with a public company with international operations is desired
• Comprehensive and current understanding of US GAAP, including recently issued accounting pronouncements and SEC reporting principles and regulations
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills, including ability to present to senior management
• Analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Hands on attitude
