Job Description

• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Support capacity planning and budget follow-up.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to Agile processes.
• Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Coach team members on Agile methodologies.
• Monitor and report on team performance and progress.
• Promote continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog.
• Ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts within the team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with capacity planning and budget management.
• Familiarity with Agile tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus
