In this dynamic role, you will leverage your strong communication skills, creative mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects across merchandising, retail marketing, and events. With a passion for sports, you will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product management teams to ensure the SCOTT corporate identity is consistently and effectively represented

Your tasks

• Develop and coordinate our retail marketing and merchandising program
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional packages that drive sales at the retail level
• Work with the graphic team to design 3D layouts for merchandising, events, and retail marketing projects
• Ensure brand consistency by coordinating with markets to uphold the SCOTT corporate identity
• Assist in organizing and setting up events, showrooms, tradeshows, and sales meetings
• Oversee the development and coordination of merchandising products with various suppliers
• Monitor stock levels to meet market demands efficiently
• Proactively streamline workflows and optimize costs to improve efficiency

Our requirements

• Background in retail marketing, merchandising, product presentation, or display development
• A creative mindset, complemented by strong commercial, visual, and aesthetic sensibilities
• Good understanding of the sports market and product presentation
• Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proactive approach to identifying challenges and finding effective solutions
• Fluent in English, German or French is a plus
• Proficiency in SketchUp or other 3D design programs is a plus
