Job Description
As an HR Transformation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our organization through the HR transformation journey as we implement a new Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This is a unique opportunity to shape and influence a strategic change that will redefine how we deliver HR services and create exceptional employee experiences.
Acting as a bridge between HR domains, business stakeholders, and technology, you will validate designs, drive adoption, and ensure business value delivery while helping to build a future-ready HR ecosystem that benefits every employee. This role reports into the HR Digital Manager.
