Job Description
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and execute payments to vendors via checks, wire transfers, and electronic payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Control and post each travel expenses.
- Prepare reports and analyses related to accounts payable as needed.
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations and participate in monthly closing.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or CFC d'employé/e de commerce.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
